Anise hyssop is a gentle nervine soothing to brain stem + nervous system with a rich licorce taste. Anise hyssop is also rich in vitamins + minerals that support your nerve cells’ abilities to rebuild + repair from the effects of stress.
Ashwagandha root, one of our most anticipated fall harvests, is an adaptogen particularly connected to building healthy, sustained energy + is immune supportive + anti-inflammatory.
Steep tea for at least 20 minutes, covered. To make a really strong tea, it is best to steep herbs in hot water overnight + then reheat. 1-2 tablespoons per cup.
